We respect creators. Characters, titles and book covers shown on The DopeZone belong to their owners and are used to identify and discuss their works. If you own a work and believe it is used here in a way that is not allowed, tell us and we will review it quickly.
How to send a notice
Email hello@thedopezone.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- The work you own (or a link to it).
- The exact URL(s) on thedopezone.com of the material you want removed.
- This statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- This statement: "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We normally act within 3 business days. If the notice is complete, we remove or disable the material and reply to you.
Counter-notice
If we removed something you posted or own and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email with the details required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
India
Notices under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 can be sent to the same address and will be handled within the timelines those rules set.
User content
The DopeZone does not currently allow user uploads or comments. If we add them, repeat infringers' accounts will be terminated.
